Samples are yours to keep. For unprinted paper orders, you may cancel at no charge up to the point the order is shipped. To cancel your order,
email or call us at 281.323.8935 as soon as possible. Please include your name and order number for a faster response.
If your order has already been shipped, you can still return the order for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Please return items in their original packaging,
along with the packing slip and a copy of the order confirmation email to:

We're sorry, but we are unable to refund or credit shipping fees.
For custom print orders, you may cancel free of charge until you have approved the proof. (For customers that pre-ordered birth announcements
and received their envelopes early, a refund - less the $9 pre-order charge and shipping - will be issued after we have received the unused envelopes.
Please see return instructions in the paragraph above.) If you have already approved your proof, we will work with you as much as possible. However,
due to the personal nature of printed orders, we are unable to accept returns of custom-printed items.
Printing errors are different. We'll review all custom print orders for potential mistakes, but even our watchful eye can't catch everything
(especially if a name was misspelled or the date has changed). If you approved the proof, but missed correcting an error or event details have
changed, we can offer you a reprint at a 20% discount off the regular price. If we made the error, we'll make it right by reprinting free of
charge and reshipping as soon as possible (and apologizing profusely).
