Choosing the right words and the right tone can be overwhelming. We're pros at this and happy to help you. Browse our samples to get a feel for what you like or email us and we can work on it together until you're happy.

Do you sell or ship outside of the United States?
So sorry, but at this time we don't. We'd like to grow beyond the U.S. in the future, but we aren't there yet.

How will I know what it'll look like when printed?
'Seeing' is believing and your happiness is important to us! In most cases, you'll be able to preview your message on your design during checkout. Also, unless the product details tell you otherwise, we'll send you a digital proof by email. You'll get your proof within 1-3 business days of your order (during peak times it may take a little longer).

Review the proof and either approve it or let us know what changes need to be made. We won't print anything until we've gotten your final okay. The first digital proof is usually free, but if you go through multiple rounds of changes and need additional proofs, fees may apply.

Will I get a proof of my order?
Most of our invitation and stationery products include a free proof. If a proof is not included, it'll be noted in the product details.

Is your website secure?
Protecting your privacy and payment information is very important to us. We use the latest encrypted SSL technology to protect credit card information. We also respect your personal information and will never share it. For more detail, check out our privacy policy.

What if I don't want to order online?
Sometimes we just want to talk to a person too. Call us at 281.323.8935. We are here Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST to help you.

Orders


How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are filled by our design vendors and sent directly to you, so processing times vary. An estimated processing timeframe is shown in the product details for the item(s) that you are purchasing (when applicable, this timeline begins after we've received your proof approval). If you need your order sooner, please select a priority shipping option. Those options will result in additional fees.

I'm in a rush. Can I pay more to get my order faster?
If you need your order quickly, choose one of the priority shipping options to receive overnight or 2-day shipping.

Do you offer paper samples?
We have a few samples on hand that we are happy to share with you. Please email us for more info.

Can I order blank design stock and do my own printing?
Absolutely! Some paper designs are only available with custom printing, but others may be purchased blank so that you can print them yourself. If blank design stock is available for a particular paper, we'll tell you on the product details page.

Can I get my item(s) printed in colored ink?
Yes. Some items just call for extra color! Ink color options are shown on the personalization page.

Are envelopes included?
Definitely! Invitations, announcements, note cards - anything designed to be mailed - will include something for you to mail them in. If it doesn't, we'll let you know in the product details.

How much can I personalize my printing with my own wording?
We love for you to express yourself and your personality. Create your own message and go for it!

What if I need help with what to say or how to say it?
To get your creative juices flowing, feel free to garner some inspiration from the samples shown throughout the website. If you're not sure how to say something, check out our etiquette guide on the Customer Service page. Still stuck? email us and we'll work with you to choose the right words.

My preview doesn't look the way I want. Is my printing going to look like that?
We love the preview, but we know it's not perfect. We do our best to give you an idea of what your font will look like, but rest assured your order will be set up by a professional typesetter who will make sure the layout, spacing, and text size is appropriate. If you have specific requests or concerns, please include them in the Special Instructions section when personalizing your order.

What if I need to make changes after my order is placed?
If you ordered blank design stock (no personalized printing), please email us or call us at 281.323.8935 as soon as possible.

If you ordered custom-printed paper, you can specify changes when you review your digital proof (if applicable). Once your order has been finalized (upon proof approval or upon checkout for items without a proof), we can't be responsible for changes or errors. If you email or call us immediately, we will do our best to help you catch last minute changes or corrections before your order prints. There is no guarantee we'll be able to catch these before they go to print. If your order was already printed, we're sorry but reprinting charges will apply. We highly encourage you to check your order and proofs carefully before submitting them!

How do I check my order status?
We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been placed. If you ordered custom printing, we will send you another email within 2-3 days with a digital proof. You'll also get an email from us when your order has shipped. If you have any questions in the meantime, feel free to contact us anytime.

There's something wrong with my printed order. What now?
While all of us strive for perfection, mistakes will happen every now and then. If we messed up your order, we'll make it right free of charge. If the mistake was on your end or event changes have occurred (for example, the event date or location changes, a name was misspelled, or an incorrect phone number was listed), then we'll have to reorder and reprint. Let us know and we'll reprint your order at a 20% discount to take some of the stress off. You will still be responsible for all shipping costs.

What if I need to give you special instructions for my order?
We know - sometimes generic order forms don't cut it. If you have any additional details or special instructions you need to share with us, just write it in the "Special Instructions" box when personalizing your order. If we have any questions about what you've told us, we'll get in touch with you.



Billing


What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including debit cards.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. We use encrypted SSL technology to protect your payment information.

When will my card be charged?
Your card is charged once your order is placed. We will email you an order confirmation as well as a receipt for your purchase.

Where would I find the security code on my credit card?
If you're paying with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card, then your code is on the back of your card, usually near the signature line (it's the last 3 numbers). If you're paying with an American Express card, it'll be on the front of your card, above the last 4 digits in your credit card number (it's 4 numbers).

Do you charge sales tax?
It depends. Currently, orders shipped outside of Texas are tax-free! Orders shipped within Texas will be charged 7.25% sales tax. Sorry, fellow Texans!

If available, we'll send you the tracking number for your shipment as soon as we know it's on its way.
